Ingredients
- 1 lb instant pizza dough mix (or thawed frozen dough)
- ¾ cup whole milk, warmed
- 3 tbsp custard powder (or vanilla pudding mix)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Prepare dough per package directions using warm milk. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rest 5 minutes.

Whisk custard powder with granulated sugar. Stir in 2 tbsp warm milk until smooth, then add remaining warm milk.

Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Flatten each into a 4-inch round on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Spoon 2 tbsp custard filling into center of each round. Fold edges up and pinch to seal, creating a pouch.
