Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- ⅓ cup hot sauce (Frank's or similar peppery sauce)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred)
- 2 cups white rice (cooked)
- 1 tsp chili powder or paprika
