Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso shots
  • 10 oz whole milk
  • ½ tbsp honey or sugar

Instructions

    Pull two espresso shots into a 12-oz cup.

    Steam milk until a thermometer reads 150–155°F and a fine foam layer forms on top.

    Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon, then top with a thin layer of microfoam for latte art.

    Stir in honey if desired. Serve immediately.
