Ingredients

  • 8 fl oz whole milk
  • 2 fl oz espresso (double shot)
  • ½ tsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

    Pour milk into a metal pitcher and steam until a thermometer reads 150–155°F and foam forms, about 90 seconds.

    Pull a double shot of espresso into a 12 oz cup.

    Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon until the last moment.

    Top with a thin layer of microfoam and serve immediately.
