- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups frozen french fries
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cook the 3 cups frozen fries according to package directions, about 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.

While fries cook, heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the 1 lb sliced steak in a single layer and sear without stirring for 2 minutes until browned on one side.
