Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs thick-cut pork ribs (about 1.5 inches)
  • 1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 whole lemon
  • ¼ cup hot pepper sauce or chili oil
