Ingredients
- 1 lb biała kiełbasa (Polish white sausage), sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp German mustard or whole-grain mustard
- ½ cup beer (lager or pilsner)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp caraway seeds (optional, traditional)
