Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 medium, finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil

In a bowl, mix 1 cup whole wheat flour, 0.5 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.

In another bowl, combine 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili, 0.5 tsp red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Divide dough into 2 equal balls. Roll each into a small disc, place half the onion mixture in the center, and seal the edges. Roll out gently into a 6-inch circle.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the paratha for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.

Brush 1 tbsp oil over both sides and cook until golden brown spots appear, about 2 more minutes. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
