Ingredients
- 2 pieces flatbread
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the 2 flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 large sliced onion and cook until soft and golden, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spread the cooked onions evenly over the flatbreads. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
