One-Pot Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 15-oz can canned chili (no beans or with beans, your call)

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

    Pour in the elbow pasta, canned chili, and 1 cup water, then stir to combine.

    Bring to a simmer, then cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, ~8 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot in bowls.
