  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup lemon curd (jarred)
  • 2 large egg whites, room temperature
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅛ tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional garnish)

Instructions
