Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 sleeve (about 12 cookies) vanilla wafers
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk pudding mix and milk in a bowl for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth.

    Fold in cream until the pudding looks silky. Crush about two-thirds of the wafers into coarse crumbs.

    Layer in four tall glasses: wafer crumbs, pudding, banana slices, repeat.

    Top each with remaining whole wafers and a banana slice. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
