Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Instructions

    Stir together yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

    Crush vanilla wafers into a coarse crumb using your hands or a bag with a rolling pin.

    Slice the bananas into 1/4-inch rounds.

    Spoon half the yogurt into each of four serving glasses or bowls.

    Layer half the banana slices and half the crushed wafers into each glass.
