Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp red rendang paste
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • ½ cup greek yogurt

Instructions

    Toss warm rice with turmeric, 1 tbsp oil, and a pinch of salt until evenly golden.
