Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 whole tomato
- ¼ cup fried shallots
- 1 whole lime
