Ingredients
- 1 whole sesame seed bun
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Slice the sesame seed bun in half horizontally. Toast the cut sides in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

Slice the mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Slice the tomato into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a small bowl, mix the 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until smooth.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on the cut sides of both bun halves.
