Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Toss chicken cubes with garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Thread chicken onto metal or wooden skewers (if wooden, soak 10 min first), dividing evenly.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

    Sear skewers 3–4 minutes per side without moving, turning once, until edges are charred and chicken cooks through.
