Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole lime
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
