Ingredients
- 1.25 lb ground beef
- ¾ cup jarred mole paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 large poblano pepper, diced
- 1 whole lime
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.
