- 1.25 lb chicken thighs or breasts, skin-on
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large stalks green onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
