Ingredients
- 2 each chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- ½ tsp cumin
- 8 oz frozen yuca fries
- 8 oz frozen tostones
- 2 each spanish chorizo or italian sausage links

Mix minced garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).

Transfer chicken to a plate. Add sausage links to the same skillet and cook 6–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.

While sausage cooks, air-fry or oven-bake yuca fries and tostones according to package directions until crispy.

Arrange chicken, sausage, and all crispy sides on serving plates. Drizzle chicken with any pan juices.
