Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc lime (juiced)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Sear chicken 5 minutes per side without moving. Edges should be golden; transfer to a plate.
