Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

Whisk flour, mochiko, sugar, and baking powder together in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla until fully combined.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until a thick, sticky batter forms—do not overmix.
