Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed black or oolong tea, cooled
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup whole milk or heavy cream

Instructions

    Divide ice and cooked tapioca pearls between two tall glasses, about 1/4 cup pearls per glass.
