Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
- 3 tbsp, divided butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 to taste salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 90 seconds.

Place salmon skin-side up in the skillet. Sear 3–4 minutes without moving until skin is golden and crispy.

Flip salmon skin-side down. Cook 2–3 minutes until the center is opaque and firm to the touch.

Transfer salmon to a plate. Reduce heat to medium.

Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk in honey and lemon juice. Simmer 30 seconds, then taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Return salmon to the skillet skin-side down. Tilt the pan and spoon the warm sauce over the fillets.

Divide between two plates. Spoon extra sauce over top and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
