Ingredients

  • 3 cups tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 whole jalapeño, fresh
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ whole lime
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a microwave-safe platter.

    Microwave on high 90–120 seconds until cheese is melted and bubbly.
