Turkish dumplings made from store-bought wonton wrappers filled with seasoned ground lamb, boiled then tossed in garlicky yogurt and drizzled with hot chili oil. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground lamb
- 24 count wonton wrappers
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 3 count garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp chili oil (or hot sauce)
- ¼ cup fresh mint or parsley
- ½ medium onion, diced fine

Mix ground lamb with diced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Place 1 tsp lamb mixture in center of each wonton wrapper, wet edges with water, fold into triangle, then bring corners together to seal.

Boil salted water in a pot. Drop manti in batches and cook until they float, then 2 minutes more. Transfer to a bowl.

Mince garlic and stir into yogurt with a pinch of salt until smooth and pourable.

Pour garlicky yogurt over manti and toss gently. Drizzle with chili oil and scatter fresh mint on top.
