Ingredients

- ½ cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp cardamom, ground
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat a krumkake iron over medium heat for 2 minutes until it sizzles when water flicks on it.

Spoon 1 tbsp batter onto the center of the iron, close the lid, and cook 30 seconds per side.

Remove the cookie with a thin spatula and immediately roll it around a krumkake cone while hot.
