Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork ribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp gochujang until smooth.

  2. 2

Place 2 lb pork ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill ribs for 10-12 minutes per side, turning once, until charred and cooked through (internal temp 145°F).

  4. 4

Brush with any remaining marinade during the last 2 minutes of grilling for extra glaze.

  5. 5

Rest ribs for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped parsley before serving.
