- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp parsley

In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp gochujang until smooth.

Place 2 lb pork ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
