Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
