- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 lbs cooked brisket, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 tbsp neutral oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Lay brisket slices in the skillet in a single layer without crowding. Sear 2 minutes until edges caramelize.
