  • 3 oz manchego or aged cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle or 2 glasses Spanish red wine (Tempranillo, Rioja, or Garnacha)
  • ½ cup Spanish olives (green or black)
  • ¼ cup roasted marcona almonds

    Arrange jamón ibérico on a serving board, gently draping each slice without tearing.
