Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs pork ribs (spare or baby back)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole lime
- 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tbsp chili paste or sambal oelek

Preheat broiler on high. Arrange ribs on a sheet pan in a single layer, meat-side up.

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, chili paste, and juice from half the lime in a small bowl.

Brush glaze all over ribs. Broil 6–8 minutes until edges char and bubble, then flip.

Brush the other side with remaining glaze. Broil another 5–6 minutes until meat pulls back from bones.
