Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare cut into 2-rib portions)
  • ¼ cup kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
  • 1.5 tbsp sambal oelek or chili paste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb frozen french fries
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions

    Toss kecap manis, sambal, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers.

    Sear ribs in batches without moving until caramelized on both sides, ~3 min per side.
