- 1.5 lbs pork ribs, cut into individual bones
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb waxy potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
