Indian Street-Style Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 medium potato
- 1 large carrot
- 1 medium onion
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Peel and dice the 2 potatoes into small cubes, and grate the 1 carrot. Thinly slice the 1 onion.

Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes, carrot, 1 tsp garam masala, and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Stir to coat, then cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Warm the 4 tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable, about 30 seconds each.

Spread 2 tbsp of the yogurt down the center of each tortilla. Divide the vegetable filling evenly among them.

Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends. Serve warm, whole or halved.
