Ingredients
- 2 oz strong espresso (or very strong brewed coffee)
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz cold whole milk (or evaporated milk)
- 1 cup ice

Brew 2 oz espresso or very strong hot coffee. If using instant espresso powder, mix 1 tsp powder with 2 oz hot water.

Pour condensed milk into a tall glass, then add ice until glass is about 3/4 full.

Pour hot espresso slowly over the ice and condensed milk. Stir well until the milk dissolves and the drink turns light brown.
