Iced Spanish Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 oz strong espresso (or very strong brewed coffee)
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz cold whole milk (or evaporated milk)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Brew 2 oz espresso or very strong hot coffee. If using instant espresso powder, mix 1 tsp powder with 2 oz hot water.

    Pour condensed milk into a tall glass, then add ice until glass is about 3/4 full.

    Pour hot espresso slowly over the ice and condensed milk. Stir well until the milk dissolves and the drink turns light brown.

    Top with cold milk, stir to combine, and serve immediately with a straw.
