Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil

In a large pot, heat 1 tsp sesame oil over medium. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add 4 cups chopped cabbage and 4 cups vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce. Crack 4 eggs directly into the simmering broth, spacing them apart. Cover and cook until egg whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
