Ingredients

  • ¾ cup honey
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

    Pour honey into a small bowl.

    Microwave honey for 45 seconds until it steams and is warm to the touch.

    Add butter, cayenne, red pepper flakes, and salt to the warm honey.

    Whisk until butter melts completely and sauce is smooth and glossy, ~30 seconds.

    Taste and adjust heat or salt as needed. Serve warm or at room temperature.
