- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the 8 oz chopped dark chocolate, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp butter, and 1/4 cup honey. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp salt until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula. Tap the dish on the counter to release air bubbles.
