Ingredients
- 24 wrappers wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup ricotta, 1 egg, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper until smooth.

Lay 24 wonton wrappers on a floured surface. Place 1 tbsp filling in the center of each.

Brush edges with water, top with another wrapper, press to seal, and trim if needed.
