Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Fold dill, mint, and garlic into yogurt with a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

Transfer to a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center.

  3. 3

Toss walnuts with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt in a small skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

Toast walnuts, stirring often, until fragrant and light golden, about 3 minutes. Pour into a small bowl.

  5. 5

Drizzle remaining 2 tbsp olive oil into the well in the yogurt dip.

  6. 6
