- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off excess fat if desired.

Add the 1 diced onion and 1 diced green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the 3/4 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine.
