Ingredients

- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 large tomato
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup basil
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut 1 lb potatoes into 1-inch cubes and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt on a baking sheet. Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes.

While potatoes roast, heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Pat 1 lb steak dry and season both sides with remaining 1/2 tsp salt.
