- 2 medium lime
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 large avocado
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 cups french fries

Season the 1 lb steak with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to your liking (medium-rare feels springy when pressed).
