- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt

Cut the 1 lb baby potatoes in half and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes, until golden and fork-tender.
