Ingredients
- 2 6 oz each salmon fillets, skin-on
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme sprigs

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Place salmon skin-side down on the hot grill. Cook for 5–6 minutes without moving, until skin is crispy and releases easily.
