Ingredients
- 4 links (about 1 lb) loukaniko (Greek pork sausage)
- 1 whole orange
- 1 tbsp chopped (or 1 tsp dried) fresh oregano (or dried)
- 2 medium, sliced tomatoes
- 4 medium, thinly sliced radishes
- 1 large, sliced into rounds cucumbers
