Ingredients
- 2 whole lobster tails
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat grill to medium-high. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise with kitchen shears, then brush the meat with 2 tbsp melted butter and season with salt and pepper.

Grill lobster tails flesh-side down for 5-6 minutes until lightly charred and opaque, then flip and grill 3-4 more minutes until meat is firm and cooked through.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter and add 2 minced garlic cloves; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add 8 oz shrimp to the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and curled; squeeze half the lemon over the shrimp and stir in 2 tbsp parsley.

Serve lobster and shrimp with garlic butter sauce spooned on top, lemon wedges on the side, and a sprinkle of extra parsley if desired.
