Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 12 oz lamb rib chops (frenched)

Instructions

    Combine rosemary, thyme, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

    Pat lamb chops dry with paper towels and arrange in a shallow dish.

    Pour marinade over chops, turning to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

    Preheat grill to high heat (450–500°F). Oil the grate to prevent sticking.

    Remove chops from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
